I would say I have an optimistic outlook for the year ahead.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to grip the world, wreaking havoc on the world, economy and businesses. Any such crisis has the ability to drastically transform a person, an economy, and, in the worst-case scenario, an entire civilization.

Businesses have worked hard to shield their employees, customers, and operations from the harshest impacts of the economic shocks in the case of the pandemic. They have responded to COVID-19’s large productivity accelerants and ongoing disruptions.

The economy has begun to see a three-phase ripple effect due to the resultant innovation and behavioral shifts, each having the potential to bring a spark of development and prosperity — if business leaders respond wisely.

So, does the CEO role in his company. I find this moment to be an opportunity towards growth. That’s what I believe strongly.

How do you help your clients choose the right yet profitable platform for Web development?

Digital natives like Alibaba and Amazon now have worldwide reach and market capitalization in billions of dollars. While this isn’t surprising, these platforms create challenging considerations for CEOs of established businesses pursuing their digital transitions.

But if we talk about our clients choosing the right yet convenient platform for web development, Seasia Infotech provides them with the virtual journey through every phase and what their application will look like in the future. With our great team, we tend to shift businesses to profitable platforms by recommending to them what would be best for their business idea.

Service is a necessary part of development; let us know how you provide customer support to your client?

We cater to deliver one of the biggest factors in good customer service, and that is speed, especially when a client is requesting something that’s time-sensitive.

Knowing your consumers’ interests and requirements is the first step towards creating great experiences. Personalization is something that customers adore. Addressing clients’ by their names and introductory talks is what helps us build a stronger foundation of relationships- Always!

Listening to your customers is the main aspect that will not only result in an indebted and happy customer, but it goes a long way in terms of keeping yourself on their radar for future business.

When working on your project, we stay available for them 24*7. We provide our clients with our cell phone number in case they need to contact us urgently. Clients can connect with our support team as we are always just at the end of our phones.

What services do you think you would add to your offerings in 2021?

IoT has got all the drift when we think of adding onto something. It is present in our list carrying our primary focus. Now, let me tell you why it’s our topmost priority.

Amidst pandemic, we entered into the zone that was previously thought to arrive in 2025, but now it has arrived sooner. The remote culture was not much in the limelight as it is today. Everybody wanted to get involved in businesses along with their families. Now, small-scale companies or enterprise-level businesses are too emerging to get digitized. Even if you see a small clothing shop, they also want to come online and extend their businesses. Infact, businesses don’t want to share their profit margins, so they are not relying on the partner platforms. So, such businesses look for hyper-localized solutions. In this case, we want the enterprise to get introduced to the community software with the specific application we cater to them. It can actually do wonders for their business.

It’s not limited to a single industry, even if you see it has a wide role in the healthcare industry. The rush of IoT in the healthcare industry has been viewed as the most promising one today than in the past decade, majorly after the rise of the 2020 pandemic. The digitized health solutions have been witnessed in the high demand for alarming COVID-19 related purposeful solutions. It includes digital diagnostics, online requests, and online health consultations.

Everything is going data-specific. So, Data Analytics comes to mind after IoT. Either data or big data, we need algorithms to retrieve, particularly ML-based information. Another one is AI/ML for a cause.

Our team has got an interest in technologies and the clients for their outcomes. I’m sure we will come up with more such ideas and technologies as we are targeting not a single industry but the whole ecosystem.

What challenges do you see in the outsourcing industry, and how much you’re prepared to face those challenges?

For this bonanza, challenges are not any less. It includes the black box of costs as well as margins.

We know how ongoing competition exists in the whole outsourcing industry, but I’m sure we can serve our clients in a better way, depending upon the needs and budgets of this industry. We maintain our preparation level so that we can get to the goal easily within a few steps. It will definitely give value to the end-user. All-in-one, the target is end-user only, if we can serve them properly, we know we have won the competition.
